Who can join Split Adventure break program?
Anyone in reasonable health and fitness can attend Split Adventure break program. This does not mean one has to be in a great fitness shape. The minimum age for a child is 8 years but a child can be younger and phisically active. There is no maximum age although anyone over 60 should be in good health and perhaps consult with a physician if you have any concerns. If you are pregnant we do not suggest joining this program.
Do I have to have some special skills? Is some kind of experience necessary?
Our activities are suitable for individuals with no experience. At the beginning of every tour, instructors hold safety briefing explaining each activity. All safety instructions are given ensuring all participants are able to perform the activity. Weather conditions are always taken into consideration.
Where are we accommodated?
You are accommodated in Split city, in private accommodation. This means that everybody gets different accommodation with different owners. We search for accommodation depending on number of people in your reservation and then send you pictures.
What is provided?
Private accommodation in Split city, 3 activities of your choice and 3 days half board services. Optional activities or bike rental are offered for an additional fee.
What should I take with me?
Sunscreen, insect repellent, shorts, sandals/shoes, sunglasses, clothing, hat, waterproof jacket, lunch and high energy snack fruits, towel, change of clothes, camera.
Are meals included?
Half board is included, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is always at the same place (Chops’n’Grill restaurant) while dinners are on different places (No stress bistro, Apetit restaurant and Tinel trattoria). Additional meals can be bought for approx. 20-25€ per person in restaurants.
Please note that restaurants we work with have special menus for our guests that are within a certain budget. Everything spent above the budget must be paid at the spot.
How much money should I take with me?
You will need enough money to cover lunches, some dinners, shopping, entrance fees to some attractions, souvenirs and drinks. Here are some approximate costs:

Glass of wine 2-7€

Typical lunch (seafood risotto, vegetarian meal, fried calamari, local minced meet, grilled fish) 20-25€
Can I book as an individual?
Yes, you can. Because there is a lot of private accommodation in Split, you don’t need to worry about last minute booking or availability.
Additional payment for single room is 25% of the package price.
You might be accommodated alone but you will be doing activities with the rest of the people who booked on that day.
Do you arrange flights?
No, we don’t arrange flights. You need to book flights on your own. Flights towards Split airport can be found here: http://www.split-airport.hr/index.php?lang=en
Transfer from airport is not included in price.
Transfer duration from Split airport to city center is approx. 30min and approx. price is 5,00€ with a shuttle bus.
What happens in case of bad weather conditions?
Adventure Dalmatia holds right to cancel/reschedule the order of activities in case of bad weather conditions.
How are optional tours operated?

How and when should I make a reservation?
You can request a reservation online. Start at our Reservations page and fill in the form. Our staff will reply as soon as possible.
How do I pay for the program?
You can pay the 20% deposit per person on our bank account and then the balance upon arrival to Split. Credit cards are not accepted.
Does the price include insurance?
Persuant to the Law on Providing services in Tourism, Article 56, paragraph 3, all clients are insured during activitiy by Adventure Dalmatia.
